Can I have a consult with you before committing to a service?
Absolutely! I would rather have a consultation and understand your needs and vision before jumping into a service. I want to make sure you are comfortable and feel heard before we begin.
Will you travel for a service?
Most of the services are offered remotely but I would be happy to travel for a wedding or event. There might be an additional cost with travel and accommodations but happy to discuss! I just want to bring to life the dream you have for your event!
Is there a deposit required to be paid before the service begins?
Yes, I will typically require 25% of the cost paid upfront unless we have an agreed payment schedule in place before we start.
Can I get a refund?
If there is a problem, please contact me and we will see what we can do.
What is the minimum time needed if taking on a wedding?
I need at least 6 months before the wedding date minimum but would prefer around a year so we can get working together from the start and not miss out on booking your dream wedding! If you need a coordinator for the day of, I do offer that service as well. Please contact me to discuss.

What is the cost of shipping for Luxe Boxes?
I will deliver the box within Kelowna, which is FREE! If you are going to be needing shipping, it starts at $15 within B.C.. If you need to ship outside of BC there may be a higher shipping cost.
Can I customize my Luxe Box?
The majority of the Luxe boxes come with at least one option to pick a scent, flavor, or pattern but if you are looking to do a fully customizable Luxe box, I also can do that. Those boxes start at $75. Please contact me or you can order it under Luxe Boxes.
